We've hardly had time to digest the news that Jonathan Eismann's Pacific Time is no more, and that a second Q American Barbecue won't be opening in South Beach. Now the disassembly of his Design District empire continues as Pizza Volante and Q American Barbecue have been listed for sale. The latter can be yours for $375,000, the former for $259,000. Rumor has it that Q was only going for $374,996 until our positive review boosted its standing last week.
