foodies food people already know that James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz has been busy opening a second outpost of his popular Design District restaurant Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in the Cayman Islands. There is little difference from the original in that he is taking the same ideology that made the original a winner: using fresh, local ingredients as they come. Also, Hedy Goldsmith has a hand in the desserts. Score!
