Miami's Best Eats and Drinks This Week: The Raleigh Happy Hour, Lee Schrager, and Tacocraft Grand Opening

It's a busy week for foodies. The Raleigh has launched a new weekday happy hour featuring eats and drinks such as truffle fries, El Cubano empanadas, and Ketel One mules.

Tuesday night, Lilt Lounge will host a cocktail class where ten guests will learn how to pair various spirits and ingredients to craft the perfect drink. Also, the Langford will host a rooftop flick, accompanied by popcorn and light bites provided by the hotel's Pawn Broker. Lee Schrager wilk take over Pubbelly Wednesday night, when he will whip up batches of his speciality burger thanks to the PB Burger Series. End the week with Tacocraft at its official grand-opening bash. 
Happy Hour at the Raleigh 
The Restaurant at the Raleigh is launching weekday happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Find bites such as oysters ($2 each), wings with house-made sauce ($1 each), sliders ($5), truffle fries ($10), and El Cubano empanadas ($12). Available cocktail and drinks include draft beer from local breweries ($5), Ketel One mules, and Moet specials. Flutes and Frites ($22) are also on the menu, which include champagne paired with truffle fries. 
Spirit of Cocktailing Class at Lilt Lounge
Tuesday night inside the Epic Hotel, Lilt Lounge will host an intimate cocktail session. Each class is open to ten guests and will be held in the Owners' Lounge, located on the second floor of Lilt. From 7 to 9 p.m., each spirited class will feature various liqueurs, ingredients, and pairings. Light bar bites will be available too. Class costs $60 per person. Rooftop Flick at the Langford Hotel
Miami Rooftop Flicks, a new monthly series of rooftop movie screenings at the Langford Hotel in collaboration with the Miami Film Festival, kicks off Tuesday night. This month, the hotel will present a showing of The Birdcage.  The screening, priced at $20 per person, will be accompanied by popcorn and light bites provided by the hotel's Pawn Broker. Cocktails and additional bar bites can be purchased for an additional cost at Pawn Broker. The evening begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased the day of the event at the front door. For more information, call 305-537-7040. 

Lee Schrager Kitchen Takeover at Pubbelly 
Wednesday night, the PB Burger Series presents Lee Schrager, founder of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, who will helm Pubbelly's kitchen and personally prepare his SOBEWFF burger for customers. Snag Schrager's burger anytime after 6 p.m. One dollar of all proceeds from guest burgers will be donated to the James Beard Foundation's Blended Burger Project.
Grand Opening of Tacocraft South Miami
Tacocraft's first Miami-Dade location will celebrate its opening to the public Thursday night. Enjoy chef-driven taqueria with bites, drink specials, and a DJ. The soiree will feature live music by DJ Lucian White, along with $3 tacos and $5 margaritas all night long. The regular menu will also be available throughout the evening. The party begins at 9 p.m.
