Byblos Celebrates the Persian New Year
In honor of Nowruz, also known as the Persian New Year, Byblos offers a special four-course prix fixe highlighting Eastern Mediterranean delicacies. Menu items include eggplant rolls with braised lamb; kookoo sabzi, a Persian frittata made with organic eggs, herbs, and sumac; pan-fried branzino with harissa and rose; and pavlova, a meringue cake with vanilla labnah, raspberries, and apple jelly. Sake Dinner at Bazi

Bazi Hosts Dinner Soiree with Miami's James Beard Award Semifinalists
Chef Michael Pirolo, a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: South, will host a collaborative dinner with his fellow South Florida nominees. Taking place at Bazi, Pirolo’s Asian restaurant in Miami Beach, the soiree will feature a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres, followed by a dinner whose multiple courses will be executed by a different chef. Joining Pirolo in the kitchen will be Alter's Brad Kilgore, Pubbelly's Jose Mendin, Eating House/Glass & Vine's Giorgio Rapicavoli, and NIU Kitchen's Deme Lomas. The Raleigh Hosts March Installation of Bucks Beer Garden With Wynwood Brewery
Enjoy local craft brews by Wynwood Brewery, a backyard barbecue, lawn games, and other fun at the Raleigh's March installation of Bucks Beer Garden. Bucks will offer an à la carte selection of beer, and eats include traditional beer garden fare such as soft pretzels, sausage with toppings, fish sandwiches, veggie sandwiches, and burgers with an assortment of sides. The event runs from 6:30 to 11 p.m.
