That time of the year has arrived, when Miami's spirits-industry professionals make a mass exodus to New Orleans' French Quarter, where they'll join their brethren from all over the world in the most debaucherous week known to man.

Tales of the Cocktail is upon us, which unfortunately means that the Magic City's bars will not be as properly tended as we'd like for the rest of the week.

Come Monday, however, local bartenders, restaurant owners, brand ambassadors, sales reps, distributors, writers, and drinking enthusiasts will share seemingly endless stories and tidbits gathered from intense days of seminars, tasting rooms, happy hours, dinners, competitions, and the larger-than-life brand portfolio warehouse parties (think adult theme parks).

If you happen to be one of the brave souls who will take on the pilgrimage, we've mapped out a schedule so you can continue with your imbibing business. For those of you admiring from afar through the Instagram and Facebook accounts of your favorites, you might find this guide useful when it comes to ordering drinks come next week at your favorite watering holes.
