You've probably never heard of Ching-He Huang, but she teaches us ordinary folk how to perfect the art of delicious take-out... at home and easily, without all of the headaches. She's the chef behind UK sensation, Chinese Food in Minutes, which airs on the newly launched Cooking Channel.

Adduce Studios this week released a new cookbook iPhone app in collaboration with Huang. For $3.99, you can learn how to create her delicious, healthy versions of Chinese classics at home... or on the road if you like. The app includes 29 of the best recipes from the TV series, beautifully illustrated and with step-by-step instructions, plus high-quality videos of Ching cooking.

Recipes can be browsed in portrait or landscape, searched for by specific words and ingredients, and favorites can be bookmarked for later use. You can also add recipes to a personal menu and get Ching's recommendations for dishes to complete your menu.

And when you've decided what to cook, you can add the ingredients to a shopping list with a single tap -- then either e-mail it or take the list to the store and use it to mark off items as you buy them. You'll literally be preparing delicious and healthy authentic Chinese cuisine at home in minutes.

Watch a clip from Ching-He Huang's Chinese Food in Minutes, where she makes Pork and Chestnut Dumplings, after the jump.
