January 2011 Restaurant Opening and Closings

It seems like the notable restaurant openings in Miami slowed down a bit after Art Basel passed. But there were still quite a few places to start off the year. Below are the restaurant openings and closings for January 2011 (or earlier and not included in our December round-up).
