It Takes a Gingerbread Village to Get Into the Christmas Spirit

It seems like the cold snap got Fairmont Turnberry Isle pastry chef Chelsey Hawks into the Christmas spirit. She spent 150 hours building not a gingerbread house (like last year), but a whole village complete with an elf pub. Hic! We wonder how long it'll be before someone tries to take a bite out of it.
