Jed Thompson isn't playing around with his pizza mobile,Truckin' Good Pizza
. In order to make the most authentic pizza available on the road, he drove to New York to pick up a wood-fired pizza oven to place on his vehicle. The result? Pizza that's perfectly crispy and charred.
Truckin' Good offers five different flavors like the Classico Apizza with fresh tomatoes, grated pico Romano cheese, olive oil and optional anchovies. Meat lovers will dig the Amante Della Carne with sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, red onions, fresh mozzarella, and San Marzano tomato sauce.
Truckin' Good is set to roll out this week, but won;t be hitting round-ups down south, to midtown Miami, and in Kendall this evening. After the jump, check out details for tonight. There's a location close to you.
