Another evil Monday is upon us. Without coffee's sweet beckoning, I doubt most of us would even get out of bed today. On the menu this week: comforting foods and tasty fare delivered right to your door. Because, really, the only thing worse than forgetting to bring lunch to the office is having to leave your desk to hunt for some grub.

When you have just enough energy to fake a smile, places like Oak Tavern and My Ceviche will deliver lunch. And if you remembered to brown-bag it, no worries. We have hassle free and tasty options for dinner too.

Monday

Mangia Mondays at Quattro

Celebrate the cuisine of Campania with a three-course feast for $39 at Quattro on Lincoln Road. Each month this summer, the twin Chefs choose a region of Italy and offer tasty selections from the area each Monday for just $39. Bottles from the region at 20 percent off, too. Woo! Selections include: shrimp and baby calamari with zucchini, big tagliatelle pasta with buffalo ricotta and tomato, and sea brim baked with cherry tomatoes and white wine. Besides being a spectacular deal, who has the energy to cook on a Monday?

Tuesday

Two Buck Tuesdays at The Daily Melt

Chef Allen Susser knows his way around the kitchen, yet this talented toque is crafting cuisine that is accessible to many. Whether you're stopping in to Books & Books for some of his tasty yet casual fare, or heading of to The Daily Melt for something comforting and gooey- he's got you covered. On Two Buck Tuesdays you can score an original grilled cheese and a tasty shot of tomato soup for, you guessed it, $2. You know where to go if you spent all your cash at the track this weekend or if you just have a hankering for a school lunch flashback.

This summer pop-up, located inside Macchialina, is making epic salads and sammies that will satisfy even the worst case of nom nom nom. Sides range from $5-8. Salads are $10. Try "The 305" -- pancetta, butter lettuce, radicchio, hazelnuts, dried cranberries and sherry vinaigrette. Panini's range from $12-$13, with one bad boy at $22 (which buys you a pretty massive lobster roll) and include favorites like "The Godfather"-- sopressata, capicola, pickled eggplant and shaved onion. Don't worry about leaving the office, if you're on the beach chances are they'll deliver it to you.

Oak Tavern

Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., ring Oak Tavern for some wonderful and woody delivery. Their barbecue smoked brisket sandwich ($9) with crispy shallots on a brioche bun will melt all your Monday blues away. Wood-oven pizzas are a much better alternative to buying chemicals from your local corporate pizza factory. Try the duck pizza ($14) with mushrooms, fontina, roasted garlic and truffle. If you're chained to your desk don't despair, they're in the Design District and deliver within the hour.

My Ceviche

If you're on the beach or Brickell your lunch is no longer a boring brown bag. These bright and healthy ceviches are packed with flavor and delivered fresh to your cubicle of shame. No recommendations here, they're all delicious. If you're twisting my arm -- aji amarillo, bitches. It'll make you sunny from the inside out.
