69. McBelly at Pubbelly

As we count down to New Times' Best of Miami 2011 in June, Short Order will serve up 100 of our favorite dishes in the 305 in random order. If you have any nominations of your own, please send them to cafe@miaminewtimes.com. After the jump, find our other choices.

69. McBelly at Pubbelly

Of all the pork belly dishes at Pubbelly, this decadent little sandwich is the best. A thick slab of pork belly, kimchee, pickled cucumbers and thinly sliced onions are served on a soft bun. The bun then gets a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of coarse salt. It's a pleasure -- a guilty one -- to eat the McBelly and at $6 a piece, you can order two and call it a night. You and your palate will be very satisfied.
