This rich and juicy sandwich starts with an oversize portobello mushroom that's flash-fried and then grilled. The mushroom is swathed in cheese and caramelized onions and placed on fresh-baked bread that hints of sweetness. The finished product is a "burger" that will make nonmeat eaters giddy and satisfy even the most devout carnivore.
