On Thursday, October 3, New Times held the 12th edition of its popular culinary event, Iron Fork, at the Hyatt Regency Miami and the James L. Knight Center. Attendees sampled bites from some of the city's best restaurants, including Ember, Three, Sette Osteria, Pez, Matador Room, and others. The highlight was the kitchen showdown between Phuc Yea's Cesar Zapata and Aaron Arditti of the Brick: American Kitchen & Bar, which ultimately saw Zapata go home with the win.
