This Tuesday night at 7:30, Lester's will team up with Gypsy Kitchen for another installment of the monthly Wynwood Supper Club. For July, it's all about Korean barbecue and Asian-inspired dishes prepared by Kris and Amit from Gypsy Kitchen. The menu has been paired with a selection of both white and red wines from Premier Beverage by Sommelier Kara, who will be on hand to take guests through the wine pairings.
The 25 diners will sit together at a large shared table for an educational evening, learning details about the food and wine in front of them. The result will be a unique community pop-up dinner that's not possible in most full-time restaurants, says Dan Milewski of Lester's. He adds the dinners are great way for his coffeehouse to "do" food and gives Gypsy Kitchen a chance to pair their meals with wine for a night.
For $60 and tip at your discretion, you get four courses and wines to match at one of Wynwood's hottest spots, away from the craziness of Art Walk, to sit down with locals for a Tuesday night at Lester's. Sounds like a great way to kick off the week to us, but if you need more convincing check out the menu below or head over to Lester's Facebook page for all the deets. You can make a reservation by calling Dan at 305-968-2325 or email [email protected]a nd you have the option to pay in advance or after you enjoy your supper.
