Watch the Miami Heat at Tropical Park Tuesday Night Food Truck Roundup, BTTR Continues

Tonight is the debut of Miami Street Food Court at Westchester, a weekly food truck roundup at Tropical Park.

According to organizer Steve Simon (who also organizes other roundups, including Truckers Out West and Way Out West), the event will be the first to have obtained a permit from Miami-Dade under the new Food Truck amendment passed May 17th.

The county law requires tax certificates for all trucks, sanitation and site plans, as well as permission from 80 percent of residents who live within 1,000 feet of the event. There's also a one-time fee of about $500.

The Miami Street Food Court will feature over two dozen food trucks, as well as a giant-screen set up where patrons can watch the Heat game. Parking is free.

Trucks heading out to Tropical Park include Aaron's Catering Express, Big Kahuna, Catered Bliss, Che Grill, Chef On 4 Wheels, Chef on Wheels, Churro Mania, Cold Stone Creamery, Daddy's Grill, Dim Ssäm à Gogo, Dog Eat Dog, The Frita Man, Grill Master Cafe, Gyromaniakz, Kitchen Kabab, Kona Ice, Latin Burger, Latin House Grill, Latin House Mandarin, Metro Deli Express, Mobile Cigars, Muscle Truck, Papa's Tapas, Pop Burger Love/Chocolate Love, The Red Truck, El Rincon del Coqui, Sir Pizza, Sugar Rush, Tango Grill, and Yellow Submarine
