Vinyl & Kai, everybody's favorite South Beach "Gastropub & Rock Spot," is bringing after hours to South Beach with a weekly Saturday Breakfast Club. A full liquor bar will swing from 3 am to 5 am and then re-open at 8 am. Breakfast is served straight through, and includes items such as "the jock, an egg white omelette with spinach, tomato, mushroom & onion served with turkey sausage, whole wheat toast, and a cup of fresh fruit ($11); and "the tough guy," a Kobe bacon cheddar burger topped with fried egg and served with sweet potato fries ($14).

Chucky Brown returns to Miami to spin a mix of electro, indie rock, house classics, and a little hip hop (perfect breakfast music!). The Club will be hosted by Adora and "newcomer" Bird Sanchez. Will mirrored balls drop from the ceiling too? Not sure, but in any event, if you should find yourself up at this ungodly hour and hungering for a hefty meal in strange surroundings, you probably won't be able to find a more interesting breakfast to attend.
