This Valentine's Day, take your significant other out on the town. There's a romantic dinner to suit every desire, from champagne and foie gras to lobster mac 'n' cheese for two.

Here are Miami's best menus for Valentine's Day. All special meals will be served Thursday, February 14, unless specified, and prices do not reflect tip, tax, and drinks unless noted. Reservations are strongly suggested or, in some cases, required.

Ariete. Chef Michael Beltran will prepare a four-course tasting menu complete with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Menu items include short-rib croquetas, smoked pork chop, and candy-cap mushroom flan. An à la carte menu is also available. Atlantikós. The restaurant at the St. Regis Bal Harbour will serve a four-course Mediterranean dinner that includes Kumamoto oysters, cobia tartare, grilled lamb chops two ways, and other delectables. Azabu Miami Beach. The Miami Beach hot spot is offering an $80 prix fixe in the main dining room. On the menu are Japanese Waygu beef tataki, shrimp kadaifi, marinated Chilean sea bass, Waygu filet mignon, and chocolate cake. For a more private experience, the Den at Azabu will host a $250 omakase-style dining experience featuring cream croquettes with uni and caviar. 161 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach; 786-276-0520; azabuglobal.com.

Bacco. Wine and dine Mediterranean-style with a wine bottle of your choice and Gorgonzola-stuffed dates wrapped in prosciutto; red snapper a lo Bacco seared with red and yellow grape tomatoes, scallions, shrimp, and pesto sauce; and filet mignon with portobello, Gorgonzola cheese, and demi-glace. 2700 SW Third Ave., Miami; 305-364-5658; baccomiami.com.

Bagatelle Miami Beach. Celebrate with the "All You Need Is Love" menu. Couples will be welcomed with a glass of champagne. Then come four courses of sharable plates such as caviar; agnolotti pasta with black truffle; whole stuffed Maine lobster; and vanilla, raspberry, and rosewater sorbet with meringue kisses. Bird & Bone. The evening includes a welcome champagne cocktail followed by a four-course meal including vegan roasted heirloom strawberry, crab, and uni dumplings; a 28-ounce Angus porterhouse steak; and tableside s’mores for dessert. Couples will leave with special "Will You Accept This Rosé" bonbons from Exquisito Chocolates. The prix fixe costs $138 per couple. BLT Prime. The contemporary American steakhouse at Trump National Doral Miami will serve a four-course prix fixe that includes entrées such as miso Chilean sea bass, Hudson Valley duck, braised octopus, and filet mignon with butter-poached lobster. Boulud Sud. The restaurant is offering a Valentine's Day tasting menu featuring cauliflower soup, yellowfin tuna crudo, agnolotti de Taleggio, seared scallops, and a variety of desserts such as a milk chocolate chestnut bar and grapefruit givré. Wine pairings, selected by sommelier Daniel Chaviano, will also be available throughout the meal. Bourbon Steak. A three-course menu includes entrée choices such as Delmonico rib-eye, filet mignon, NY strip, Scottish salmon, pan-seared scallops, and miso-glazed sea bass. The Butcher Shop.

Cantina La Viente.
Enjoy a three-course prix fixe for $55 per person. Chef Santiago Gomez’s signature dishes include smoked hamachi aguachile, lamb chops, and Ossetra caviar. A sweet chocolate heart is for dessert. Corsair Kitchen + Bar. Executive chef Gordon Maybury offers a three-course prix fixe with a choice of starters such as oysters on the half shell and duck confit salad. Main dishes include a choice of seared sea bass with avocado mousse, black rice broccolini, country olive tapenade, or grilled veal chop with butternut squash purée, roasted fingerling potatoes, haricot verts, and red wine bordelaise. The Dutch. Executive chef Josh Gripper will serve a four-course menu of classic comfort food featuring a surprise amuse-bouche. Entrée selections include herb tortellini, shrimp and grits, whole branzino for two, whole roasted chicken for two, and New York strip Rossini. Glass & Vine. A tasting-for-two menu includes a glass of bubbly, tuna tartare, semolina pasta, Angus beer short ribs, and Nutella fondue for $55. Kiki on the River. Celebrate on the Miami River at one of Miami’s most romantic restaurants. The menu features chef Steve Rhee’s time-honored preparation of Greek classics. The prix fixe costs $95 per person and includes oysters with sea urchin and caviar, tomato salad, surf and turf, seafood pasta, seared scallops or whole lavraki, plus cheesecake or chocolate hazelnut cake for dessert. 450 NW North River Dr., Miami; 786-502-3243; kikiontheriver.com.

Le Zoo. Macchialina. Enjoy a four-course chef's tasting menu that features an appetizer course of Alaskan king crab salad with avocado and uni vinaigrette, and insalata di manzo with roast beef, arugula, and tonnato sauce. The pasta course features malfatti — a spinach and ricotta gnocchi with butter and sage — and spaghetti con gamberi. For the main course, choose short ribs al barolo or Mediterranean branzino. For dessert, chef Mike Pirolo will unveil a special sweet of his choice. Mandrake. South Beach’s newest Asian eatery is offering a four-course Valentine’s Day menu for $95 per person. Mr. Chow. Enjoy a three-course menu of some of Mr. Chow's signature items. Choose from dishes such as jade Mr. Chow noodles, squab with lettuce, filet mignon with fresh tarragon, and velvet chicken. Myn-Tu. The South Beach hot spot is offering a champagne toast, along with its Crispy Betsy yellowfin tuna, Valentine moriawase, an assortment of sushi and sashimi, and surf and turf. Nautilus South Beach. Celebrate poolside with a romantic cabana dinner. The $300 four-course prix fixe for two comes with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot. Nikki Beach. Sneak away for lunch on "The Love Boat," Nikki Beach’s daytime Valentine’s Day special. For $125 per couple, dine in a private cabana with your toes in the sand from noon to 5 p.m. The sushi "Love Boat" includes a Nikki Beach sushi dragon selection (Ibiza rainbow roll, Saint Barth salmon roll, six nigiri, six sashimi, tuna, salmon, and hamachi). Novecento.
The Argentine-inspired eatery is offering couples a three-course menu at three of its South Florida locations: Aventura, Brickell, and Doral. Entrée choices include scallop risotto, short-rib gnocchi, and bone-in rib-eye for two. Wrap up the evening with chocolate-covered strawberries drizzled in brandy dulce de leche sauce. Dinner costs $49 per person. Novikov. The downtown restaurant is offering a prix fixe for $150 per person, which includes a bottle of Louis Roederer champagne per couple. The menu offers a half-dozen oysters with caviar, scallop and black truffle, sashimi, A5 Wagyu foie gras nigiri, chutoro and caviar nigiri, spicy prawn moneybags, king crab honey truffle, and wild mushroom with dashi sauce, along with and a "lovers delight" dessert special. Seaspice. The Miami River brasserie and lounge is serving up aphrodisiacs, including Shigoku oysters, foie gras torchon, and surf and turf, as well as menu favorites such as Dover sole and bone-in rib-eye served on a volcanic hot stone. Stiltsville Fish Bar. Sunset Harbour’s seafood spot by chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth is offering a prix fixe for two. The first course includes four raw oysters with Elyx martini-compressed apples, lightly smoked blood orange, and chervil; ceviche with panca sweet potato, sour orange mignonette, and crisp root chips; and two crispy shrimp. The second course includes spoonbread, a crab cake, and local snapper two ways. For dessert, there's Elyx vodka–and–blood orange panna cotta. Toro Toro.
The pan-Latin steakhouse inside the InterContinental will celebrate romance Friday, February 8, through Sunday, February 17, with its menu "Love Under the Violin." The three-course meal will include house favorites. On Thursday, February 14, DJ Niche will spin alongside violinist Jesus Ayala. Watr at 1 Hotel South Beach. A Valentine’s Day three-course dinner includes a combination of Japanese and Peruvian flavors, such as ceviche de pulpo and miso-glazed corvina.
