On Saturday, May 11, New Times' Brew at the Zoo celebrates its tenth anniversary with an evening of beer, music, and fun.

From 7 to 11 p.m., Zoo Miami is the place for beer lovers, music lovers, and party lovers to get their groove on with a host of food, drink, and entertainment.

If you already have your tickets, we'll see you there. But, this is Miami and it's OK to hold off making plans in case you get that call from Kanye that he's sending his private jet to pick you up for a weekend of debauchery.

In case you need more convincing, here's why you should be at Brew at the Zoo:

The Jameson Experience. Do you know what bartenders drink when their shift is over? Jameson. There's a reason: This Irish whiskey is the perfect blend between a peaty Scotch or harsh raw and a too-sweet bourbon. Taste for yourself at the Jameson Brewmaster Area, where you can enjoy samples all evening with a Brewmaster ticket.

Instagram Ops. It's a given that every experience needs its own Insta-moment, so come check out the Cook & Maker swing activation. Take a selfie or invite your Tinder date to "swing" with you for the evening.

Live Music. Each year, Brew at the Zoo hosts a live concert, proving it's not just a place to guzzle beer (though there's nothing wrong with that). This year, Locos Por Juana take the stage for an evening of fun.

Beer. Over 100 different breweries will pour at Brew at the Zoo, including Wicked Weed. This Asheville brewery is one of the reasons why the once-sleepy North Carolina town is considered the beer capital of the United States. The brewery, which specializes in barrel-age sours, will pour at both the general-admission and Jameson Brewmaster areas.

General-admission tickets cost $40 online ($50 at the gate) and include event entry at 8 p.m., unlimited sampling of more than 100 local and international beers, live music performances, and food for purchase.

Libation lovers can take advantage of special Jameson Brewmaster tickets ($70), which include early entry at 7 p.m., access to unlimited sampling in the general-admission area, exclusive beer tappings available only in the Brewmaster area, a commemorative gift, live music performances, and access to food for purchase.

Go all-out with the VIP experience. VIP tickets ($80 online, $90 at the door) include early entry at 7 p.m. with unlimited access to the general-admission and Brewmaster areas (and all of their beers). VIP ticket holders also can access the special Patagonia Cerveza VIP Lounge with complimentary food from Palacio de los Jugos and Los Tanitos, full-size beer pours, spirits sampling, and live music performances.

Brew at the Zoo. 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at Zoo Miami, 12400 SW 152nd St., Miami. Tickets cost $25 to $90 via newtimesbrewatthezoo.com.
