Vegans need not apply to this pork-tastic truck, where the emphasis is on the pig, only the pig, and nothing but the pig. The slow-cooked meat on the menu takes on numerous flavors. There's a bit of Asian, Southern, and Latin, and even influences from our Canadian neighbors in the way of poutine.
The menu includes spicy pork tacos with kimchi ($8); cheddar biscuit sliders with barbecue pulled pork ($9); porchetta on soft Cuban bread ($9); and poutine, steak fries topped with NY cheddar, pork gravy, and bacon ($8).
The Pork Shop will roll out to Kendall Hyundai this Saturday.
