Wynwood is growing quickly thanks to the many locally owned breweries, eateries, and bars. It's appealing territory for those looking to make a mark.

Bloom, the Asian fusion restaurant on North Miami Avenue, closed in September. The "Japeruvian" (Japanese-Peruvian fusion) joint SuViche will open in that space November 15. This is the third outpost of SuViche.

SuViche's first location opened in Brickell in 2010. After two years, the restaurant expanded to SoBe -- right next to Yardbird Southern Table & Bar. Now its ready to grow even further.

A restaurant rep says this will be their "hippest venue yet." It's in Wynwood, after all. The major distinction of the third location is a pisco bar -- Miami's first. This location has also inherited Bloom's large terrace.

So how did they pull it off so fast? Turns out SuViche partnered with Bloom's previous owners to bring the fresh concept to the neighborhood.

The pisco bar will offer 12 unique infusions, made with muddled fresh berries, herbs, and spices. It will also feature a couple of Bloom's most popular cocktails as well as an extensive selection of liquor, craft beer, wine, sake, and specialty drinks.

Executive chef Jaime Pesaque has conceptualized new delicious creations to go with the fresh vibe but will still serve SuViche's signature favorites, such as ceviche SuViche, lomo saltado, the perfection roll, and the addictive canchita.

In just one week, Wynwood will have a new Japeruvian kid on the block for lunch, dinner, and happy hour. Only time will tell if SuViche will bloom.
