In addition, Sugarcane has launched a limited-time “Made in Dade” menu offering throwback fan favorites and new special dishes through April 15.
The three-section à la carte menu reflects chef/partner Timon Balloo's sharable small plates against the backdrop of the casual, vibrant ambiance for which the James Beard semifinalist eatery is known.
Since the sprawling 4,200-square-foot flagship debuted in Midtown Miami in 2010, it has offered

The "Made in Dade" menu opens with a “Kick Back” list of Sugarcane classics such as grilled cauliflower
The “Eat Well” portion of the menu lists new fresh seafood dishes such as squid ink
Finally, the "Stay a While" section includes the restaurant’s signature dish that inspired the London-based restaurant Duck & Waffle: crispy confit duck leg, duck egg, and mustard-maple sauce atop a fluffy waffle ($23).
Libations include a range of handmade rum-based artisan cocktails such as a tobacco rum old-fashioned and a beet mojito ($13 each), along with beers from Funky Buddha, Wynwood Brewing, and Cigar City.
