For stone crab season, the restaurant will offer a unique dish: the tagliolini Nero. It's cold squid-ink pasta with vin jaune, truffle, fine herbs, and normally king crab, but the dish will be available with stone crabmeat instead until mid-May for the same $24. A neighborhood mainstay, Monty's Raw Bar Coconut Grove recently celebrated 50 years of waterfront views at the Prime Marina. Beginning Tuesday, October 15, the restaurant will begin offering classic claws in various sizes: medium ($8), large ($15), extra large ($20), and jumbo ($28), in addition to the rest of its raw-bar offerings. During happy hour — Monday through Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. — medium claws will cost $5 each, and large claws will run $11 each, in addition to $6 frozen drinks and cocktails.
