We hate to tell you this, but if six restaurants have been shut down for rats and roaches so far this month, how many do you think are getting away with it?

How many plastic-smiling waitresses have you tipped while they knowingly handed you food that had been in a kitchen with fresh rodent feces and live roaches?

Prepare to be disgusted, very disgusted. Some of the following restaurants might surprise you.

Worst Violation - Critical. Observed rodent activity as evidenced by 100-PLUS FRESH RODENT DROPPINGS FOUND IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM, APPROXIMATELY 15 FEET FROM THE KITCHEN. THE DRY STORAGE ROOM CONTAINS FOOS SUCH AS SUGAR, SODAS, PANCAKE MIX, AND SINGLE-SERVE ITEMS.

Observed roach activity as evidenced by 20 to 30 live roaches observed in cabinet under house front counter, next to oven, three feet from reach-in prep table; approximately 20 live roaches in and behind small cabinet at front counter, one foot from same reach-in prep table; 20 to 30 live roaches behind fallen molding at front counter behind small cabinet and reach-in prep table; approximately five small live roaches observed under dishwashing machine and ice machine in backroom.
