Although a solid menu hasn't been shared, it seems as though Conant will blend some of the Italian flair he's famous for with farm to table cuisine.

Corsair will offer a "seasonal and rustic menu rooted in the farmhouse cooking of Amrica and the Mediterranean." The menu will change seasonally to reflect "the harvest of local farmers and purveyors while putting the quality and simplicity of their ingredients center stage."

The restaurant's decor, designed by Meyer Davis Studio, will feature open spaces, al fresco dining, and views of the golf course. The overall atmosphere will be "rustic, yet sleek -- largely inspired by the simple, beautiful farmhouses of the Mediterranean and America, and the elegance of the resort."

Conant's Scarpetta at the Fontainebleau, featuring the chef's "Italian soul food" will celebrate its sixth anniversary at the Miami Beach resort in December."

More details as they come along.
