Paradise Farms Organic, under the elegant auspices of Gabriele Marewski, starts up another season of Dinners in Paradise. First lavish outdoor organic meal takes place December 12 with a chef lineup of Sugarcane's Timon Balloo, River Oyster Bar's David Bracha, and Loews Hotel Miami Beach's Fredrick Delaire & Jason Prevatt. Balloo is fresh off of wins of Short Order's Best Up-And-Coming Chef Award and Eater Miami's Chef of the Year.

Most of you know the deal by now -- cocktail reception at 5 p.m., followed by a farm tour and dinner at 6 p.m. Each dinner is priced at $165.50 (tax and google fee included).

Dinner features five courses made with local, organic products, paired with top quality wines enjoyed by guests in a lush, tropical setting. This year the proceeds of the get togethers will benefit The Urban Oasis Project, whose mission it is to make fresh local food available to all.

Check out the Paradise Farms website to find out about the rest of the seasons' dinners, and/or to make reservations.

But wait, there's now Lunch in Paradise as well...

The lunch day begins at 11 a.m. for a farm tour, followed by the actual meal at noon. It is priced at $59.50 per person (includes tax and all googly-ooglies) and features a three course meal made with local organic products. Reservations are required. Dress is casual. Participating lunch chefs don't have the gravitas of the dinner chefs, but the price accounts for that.

First three dates and themes:

December 11th

Theme: Healthy Gourmet
Featuring Chef Oshun Marcella

January 8th
Theme: Taste of the Garden
Featuring: Sweet B's Chef Isabel Interian

January 22nd
Theme: The Culinary Delights of the Caribbean
Featuring: Chef Joost Barens of Joost Events

Now all Gabriele has to work on is adding a Sunday Brunch In Paradise. Can anyone say flaxseed bagels, dairy-free cream cheese, & organic smoked salmon?
