Though the restaurant's name and concept has not been officially announced, Miami.com reported in April that RN74 by Michael Mina will be likely be moving in to the Miami Beach mega-resort.

Mina, Rajat Parr and Adam Sobel, are partners in two RN74 locations, in Seattle and San Francisco. Described as an "urban wine bar and restaurant" RN74 features modern interpretations of American and regional French cuisine, and highlights wines from the Burgundy region.

With the same people behind LIV nightclub, Arkadia features the world's top DJs and fashion installations by the most sought after designers. The club is still open and right now there's no time frame as to when it would presumably close for the renovation/turnaround.

Mina's current Miami restaurant, Bourbon Steak at Turnberry Isle Resort & Club, features classic steakhouse offerings like all-natural certified Angus beef, fresh seafood, and duck-fat fries.
