Happy Friday! By now you've undoubtedly recovered from New Times' Iron Fork festivities and are planning your Miami Spice adventures. 

Before Spice begins, however, there's much weekending to do. Choices include free bubbly, Lollapalooza, a free beer-fueled happy hour, and a summer menu to try.

Free Bubbles Friday at Spasso
If you're looking for a girls' gathering, head to Spasso in Coconut Grove tonight, July 29, for Free Bubbles Fridays. Every Friday, ladies enjoy free unlimited prosecco from 4 to 8 p.m., along with DJ Jules spinning weekend tunes. It's the perfect way to catch up with your girl squad.
3:05 Cafecito and Hatuey Happy Hour
The only thing Miami loves more than its cafecito is beer. But why create a rift between these two beverages when you can enjoy both. 3:05 Cafecito and Hatuey beer have partnered for a summer happy-hour series that features free beer and bites. The first event take place today, July 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Havana 1957 in Brickell. You'll be able to enjoy the beer that originated in 1914 in Santiago de Cuba. This 21-and-over event is free, but you must RSVP via Eventbrite at 305cafecito.eventbrite.com.
Lollapalooza Live From the East, Miami Hotel
If you're not Chicago-bound for Lollapalooza, don't fret — Redbull has got you covered. The energy drink is partnering with East, Miami (788 Brickell Plaza, Miami) to broadcast Lollapalooza live this Saturday, July 30, from 5:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. There will be food and beverage offerings, along with a flash tattoo station, a photo booth, and other fun activities. The event is free, but you must be 21 or older and RSVP via eventbrite.
The Seven Dials' Summer Menu
If you're looking for authentic pub grub with a lighter summer feel, check out the Seven Dials' new summer menu. First courses include classic bouillabaisse ($13), with corvina, Gulf shrimp, and squid, served with garlic-rubbed Zak the Baker bread; heirloom potato salad ($11), with truffled egg, avocado cream, and mustard aioli; Scotch egg ($13), made with local Sun Fresh farm eggs and Proper Sausages’ tikka sausage, served with a cherry tomato chutney and fresh yogurt; and asparagus salad ($12), with watercress, hazelnuts, toscano cheese, and lemon. Entrées include chicken "Oaxaca" ($22), a mole-stuffed chicken breast with chilled corn purée, chicken chorizo, and roasted mushroom; hanger steak ($25), served with hasselback potato gratin, roasted heirloom carrots, and a French onion sauce; and lamb shank bhuna ($22), accompanied by smoked basmati rice, roasted eggplant, and local mango sambal.
