An entire week of nearly-perfect can only be topped by one thing: A weekend in the Redlands.

Now, before you write off South Florida's farmlands, remember this: There is barbecue down there. The weather won't get any better. While you're there, you can pick up local vegetables for the week.

Also, why the hell not?

Karaoke Night at the Winery - We'll bet a winery isn't the first place that pops into your head when thinking of a place to sing karaoke with your friends, but it should be. Tonight's Karaoke Night at Schnebly's will (obviously) offer more wine than any karaoke bar you can think of, and keep the crowds dancing and singing with a live DJ on set. Whether you need to build up you courage to step foot on the stage or don't, karaoke is probably one of the best things you can do with a group of friends. Drink wine and munch on the barbecue eats from Jimmy's Redland Cafe. Also, if you're bringing a big party, make sure you mention your name at the door because the biggest party of the night gets 4 free bottles of Schnebly wine. Pre-sale tickets for adults cost just $10, or $12.50 at the door. You can buy them here.

Valentine's Dinner in Paradise - Paradise Farms is hosting a Valentine's dinner dance on Saturday featuring Chef Jose Luis Flores from Toro Toro and Slow Food Miami. Flores has a decadent five-course meal planned. Flores is the corporate pastry chef for Richard Sandoval Restaurants, so you know that the desserts will be just as good as the courses before them. But before dinner, guests can mingle during the reception with tropical fruit sparkling wine and hors d'oeuvres. Then Paradise owner Gabriele Marewski will lead a tour of the beautiful organic property. Wines paired by in-house sommerlier Shari Gherman will go with each course. Tickets cost $165 per person and the proceeds benefit Slow Food Miami's healthy eating initiatives. For reservations, call (305) 248-4181.

Sunday Brunch on the Farm - Love and Vegetables is throwing a brunch and you're invited! Chef Keith Kalmanowicz will be guest-cheffing at Michael Borek Farms in Homestead to create a fundraising event with the help of Teena's Pride. Love and Tomatoes, as the event is called, will benefit Love and Vegetables non-profit Community Cafe and SAFFFE (Save American Family Farms from Extinction). Teena's Pride's veggies and herbs will be the only ones sourced for the brunch. In the spotlight will be Teena's heirloom tomatoes (which are at the peak of their season). As is the custom with Love and Vegetables, bring your own plate! You can purchase tickets here.
