With just a week and a half till the South Beach Wine & Food Festival begins, you may be fasting. But you should really reconsider that.

Consider a soulful dinner party tonight at Bianca or maybe craft beer night tomorrow at American Social. And speaking of beer, this Thursday Kush will tap some of the best IPAs in the world in a night of a thousand IBUs. Is prosecco more your style? Go bottomless for just two dollars at Buns & Buns, which will celebrate its first anniversary this Thursday.

Week of eating and drinking starts now.

Monday

Let's Eat! Dinner Party at Bianca

If your Monday routine includes hitting up FDR at the Delano, you'll be pleased to know there will be a special pop-up dinner leading up to tonight's soiree. Soul chef Amaris Jones and YesJulz will host Let's Eat!, a monthly pop-up dinner party to line the stomach before all the drinking at FDR Mondays. The soulful five-course menu has roots in Philadelphia R&B. Think Bird 'n' Bubbles (a Southern-fried free-range chicken basket with a sweet-potato biscuit and champagne split) and Naw' Leans (wild local shrimp with a Cajun crème sauce over white-cheddar grits). Dinner begins at 7 p.m.

Tuesday

Social Hour at American Social

Brickell's newest watering hole is giving you a reason to imbibe during the week with the introduction of "Social Hour." Its version of happy hour takes 50 percent off drinks Monday through Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Hungry? Nosh on $10 flatbreads, $8 mac 'n' cheese, and $6 sliders. Tuesdays are also craft beer night, which means $4 brews.

Wednesday

Dinner and Yoga at Essensia

If what you're craving is some mental relaxation followed by a garden-to-table dinner, Essensia is where you ought to go this Wednesday. The all-natural, farm-to-table restaurant at the Palms Hotel will host a yoga and dinner series that includes massages. First, you'll get your namaste on with the guidance of a Green Monkey instructor. Then, a mini neck and spa massage courtesy of the Palms Aveda Spa will loosen you up for dinner, at which point chef Julie Frans will charm you with her all-organic and clean fare, as well as fresh juices. Yoga begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by mini massages and dinner at 7:30. Tickets cost $45.

Thursday

Buns & Buns Turns 1

Buns & Buns is barely a year old and it has already received the attention of Tom Colicchio. The young restaurant, which will celebrate 365 days in business this Thursday, is reveling in its accomplishments and TV debut with $2 bottomless prosecco. That's $2 for all the prosecco your liver can handle. And because it's a good idea to eat when you're drinking, there will also be $4 corn fritters, spinach poofs, and truffle fries. Buns are additional.

Night of 1,000 IBUs at Kush

Everyone's favorite spot for craft beer will tap some of the best IPAs in the world this Thursday night. In the lineup: Victory Hop Ranch, Bells Hopslam, Bear Republic Apex, Sixpoint Hi Res, Stone Enjoy by 2-14-15, and the extraordinary Dogfish 120 Min. There's also been talk of some Girl Scout cookie beer. Drinking begins at 7 p.m.
