It's really awkward that Halloween falls on a Thursday this year. Not because we won't go out and party, but because most of our Halloween events happened this past weekend. We already got dressed up. We already took the photos. They're all over Facebook and Instagram. But Thursday will roll around and everyone will be like, But we already did this. Why are we doing it again?

Does anyone else feel like that? No? OK then.

Here's what's good to eat and drink in Miami this week.

Box Park's Just Send Veggies Dinner - Monday

Being a vegan is the most underrated thing ever. Not only does it open an entire world of possibilities for creative recipes, but it also makes you think really hard about what you're eating. For some, thinking while eating doesn't go hand-in-hand, but others find it necessary. But, Carrot, where did you come from? Anyway, Box Park is teaming up with Love & Vegetables' Keith Kalmanowicz and Avril Johnnidis to host a six-course vegan dinner. The dinner will benefit Love & Vegetables' mission to providing meals to the community. Dinner begins at 7 p.m. and costs $64.29 plus tax and gratuity.

Knaus Berry Farm Opens - Tuesday

It's baaaaaaack! Just when we thought we'd swear off all carbs until Thanksgiving, Knaus Berry Farm has to go open up and waft those incredible cinnamon rolls in our face. Screw you, Knaus Berry Farm! It's not fair at all. But who said life was fair? We can't wait to mow down every person in line come tomorrow's opening. Fresh fruit smoothies? Done. Seasonal fruits and vegetables? Done. Freshly baked bread? Done. Those cinnamon rolls? Done. Thrice. The farm opens tomorrow at 8 a.m. and remains open through April.

50 Eggs Career Fair - Monday and Wednesday

All right, lazies. We've given you two shots at this, and this will be your third and final opportunity to get your rear in gear and find a job. 50 Eggs is hosting its third and final career fair at Khong River House Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to noon and 3 to 6 p.m. If you need a job and think you'd fit in as a restaurant manager, bar manager/sommelier, server, server assistant, bartender, barback, maitre'd, host/ess, reservationist, sous-chef, line cook, prep cook, pastry cook, or dishwasher, hop to it.

Trivia Thursdays at Sushi Maki - Thursday

Do you even lift, bro? Seriously, that's what most of Miami's party population thinks about on the daily. The specimens on the other side of the spectrum are all I'm Dr. Sheldon Cooper, BS, MS, MA, PhD, and ScD. The middle ground, however, hangs out at Sushi Maki in Coral Gables on Thursdays for drinks and trivia. Best of both worlds, what!. Work out the strongest muscle in your body this Thursday at 8 p.m. for some trivia and ten-buck beer buckets. Teams can be made of one to six people, and there's food, drinks, and prizes for the winner. Plus, you'll own at Jeopardy the night after. Booyah!
