Whether you got your rum on at Rum Renaissance or were a little piggy at Cochon, today's holiday (it's 4/20, in case you forgot) is sure to make you hungry and thirsty (cottonmouth, anyone?).

Luckily, Giorgio Rapicavoli is bringing back his annual 4/20 munchies feast tonight. If you want to take the healthful route, do so with some communal meditation or a drum circle in celebration of JugoFresh's third birthday, which is also today.

If you hit a midweek slump, head to the Federal's Crawdaddy Wednesdays, where you can go cray and order pounds upon pounds of the delectable crustaceans flown in straight from New Orleans. Cap off your week with a bit of bubbly and live jazz at Rose Bar.

Week starts now.

Monday

4/20 Dinner at Eating House

It's no secret Giogio Rapicavoli likes his greens, and apparently so does the rest of Miami, because his third-annual stoner feast sold out in record time. The two nighttime seatings (7:30 and 9:30 p.m.) are mission impossible when it comes to finding a seat, so he and the EH crew decided to close for lunch today in order to add another celebratory seating at 4:20 p.m. (clever), for which there's already a waitlist. To snag a spot at the family-style munchies bonanza, you can email [email protected] or simply walk in and cross your fingers for no-shows while watching everyone else stuff their faces with "cold pizza," short-rib and truffle quesadillas, PB&J poutine, "foie-t" dog, Cap'n Crunch funnel cakes, and special brownies. Expect to see lots of slanted eyes. Pro tip: Wear loose-fitting pants and throw some Tums into your bag.

JugoFresh Turns 3
The brand that got Miami to give up masticating turns 3 today, and to celebrate, the local chain wants its biggest fans to spend the day with JugoFresh. Kick off your morning with a 7 a.m. community mediation at South Pointe Park. Too early for you? Head to the JugoFresh in Wynwood Walls at 7 p.m. for a drum circle and toast to its third birthday with some jugo.

Tuesday

BLT Prime Sequoia Grove Wine Dinner

Want to wine and dine? Do so with the second installment of BLT Prime's wine dinner series. Chef de cuisine Dustin Ward will cook a five-course feast to pair with vinos from the family-owned winery and one of Napa's biggest Cabernet Sauvignon producers, Sequoia Grove. On the menu: smoked salmon with wasabi, blue cheese mousse, cranberry, and chives; speck with black fig and fresh mozzarella; dry-aged NY strip with blistered shishito peppers and red wine reduction; beef royale with confit cipollini onions and crisp bone marrow; and apple straddle with toasted pecans and maple ice cream. Dinner costs $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and begins at 7 p.m.

Wednesday

Crawdaddy Wednesdays at the Federal
It's crawfish season, which means Crawdaddy Wednesdays are back at the Federal. For the third year in a row, Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata are bringing pounds and pounds of the NoLa crustaceans to Miami and cooking them in a traditional Cajun-style boil. A few weeks ago, they ran out of 70 pounds by 8 p.m., so now they're ordering more than 100 pounds a week for your sucking pleasure. Just in case the supplies are exhausted by the time you get there, Zapata has prepared a plethora of other crayfish-laden dishes. Think crayfish po'boys, popcorn crayfish, crayfish corn cakes, and the signature crayfish 'n' grits. It's about to get cray.

Thursday

Timeless Thursdays at Rose Bar

Thursdays are practically the weekend, so you deserve to let loose a little. Head to Rose Bar for Timeless Thursdays, where you can enjoy live eclectic jazz courtesy of local band the French Horn from 9 to 11 p.m. And because nothing goes better with soulful tunes than champagne, Rose Bar is serving premier labels (think Moët, Veuve, Dom Pérignon, Krug, and others) by the glass. Leave the bottle-popping for the actual weekend.
