We know, we know: Monday. Again. Ugh.

At least you've got a movie night under the stars with freshly made buttered Parmesan-and-herb popcorn to look forward to. Yep, that's happening at Shore Club, and it's bringing back Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, which you'll get to enjoy with Buffalo lollipops. Just don't overdo it, because New Times' Best of Miami issue is out and ready to be used as the ultimate guide to everything Miami (especially food and drink). Make it a personal challenge to go through every category beginning, say, Thursday, when James Beard Award-winning chef Stephen Stryjewski from Cocohon and the acclaimed Peche Seafood Grill will take his shucking skills to Mignonette, which won Best Seafood.

Week starts now.

Monday

Movie Night at Shore Club
There's no denying summer is here. While we know that the Miami heat makes it somewhat unbearable to leave the indoors, if there's anything to help, it's Monday movie night by the pool, which is happening every week at Shore Club. Tonight's film is Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark and will be projected larger than life at the back pool, with the moon as the backdrop. And because no movie night is complete without popcorn, chef Steve Rhee of Terraza will prepare some with fresh herbs and Parmesan, along with other finger foods, to keep you satisfied. Think Buffalo lollipops, lobster mac 'n' cheese bites, and other snacks.

Tuesday

Radio Bar Welcomes Red Ginger
There's a Top Chef Master cooking up an omakase storm in South Beach at the newly opened Red Ginger, and to celebrate the restaurant's arrival in the South of Fifth scene, neighbor and Red Menin colleague Radio will host a special Japanese whiskey mixology class featuring Hakushu whiskey (available at Red Ginger). So after you've gotten schooled from 7 to 8 p.m., learned how to make your whiskey cocktail, and collected your free swag, you might want to walk a few feet to Red Ginger and nosh on some shishito peppers, miso eggplant, and Thai coconut soup.

Thursday

Shucker Series at Mignonette
For one night only, chef and owner of Mignonette, Danny Serfer, has opened his kitchen for a shucker series dinner experience. What that means: James Beard Award-winning chef Stephen Stryjewski (Cochon, Butcher, Calcasieu, and Peche Seafood Grill) will travel from New Orleans to give Miamians a taste of the bayou. The five-course menu will include oysters (with Stryjewski demonstrating his shucking skills for the crowd), crudo, soup, fish, and dessert. Only 20 seats are available, so if you don't want to miss the seafood feast and a chance to try New TimesBest of Miami seafood pick, make the call. Shucking starts at 7 p.m.
