It might be April, but it's still March Madness. Sneak out of work early and head to the Rooftop at E11even for a boozy watch party. And Michelle Bernstein will celebrate ten years of Michy this week with dinner specials and a five-course food-and-wine pairing. End the week with National Beer Day, when a bevy of local restaurants and bars will offer food and drink specials.

Monday 
March Madness at the Rooftop at E11even
The Rooftop is usually closed Monday, but it will open tonight at 7 to host a watch party for the 2016 NCAA Championship title. The kitchen and bar will serve their full menus beginning at 7:30 p.m., with beer and wing specials including $30 beer buckets and $50 beer and wing specials. RSVP via 11miamirooftop.com.

Tuesday 
Poke Pops Up at BLT Prime
One of the newest menu trends this year is poke (poh-kay), a traditional Hawaiian seafood dish, described as a hybrid between sashimi and salad. Thanks to chef de cuisine Johan Svensson of BLT Steak Waikiki, BLT Prime will offer a different poke iteration each week in April. Expect classic tuna poke, octopus poke, and scallop poke. Wednesday
Five Percent Day for the Miami Science Barge at Whole Foods Markets 
Whole Foods Market Miami metro stores will donate 5 percent of the day’s net sales to fund the Miami Science Barge, a floating urban ecological laboratory and public environmental education center powered by renewable energy, which opens April 19 in Museum Park.  Tenth-Anniversary Dinner at Cena by Michy
Michelle Bernstein will welcome a bevy of local food and beverage industry folks for a dinner celebrating ten years since the 2006 debut of Michy's. Guest chefs Lindsay Autry, Timon Balloo, Jason Schaan, Berenice de Araujo, and Sarah Sipe — all alums — will join Bernstein and Cena by Michy chef de cuisine Mikey Mayta for a five-course dinner paired with wines by former Michy's sommelier Allegra Angelo. To further commemorate the anniversary, the restaurant will offer menu specials pulled from the restaurant’s history books through April 9. Tickets for the five-course dinner cost $150 per person and must be purchased at resy.com.

Thursday 
National Beer Day
For some people, this is the most important holiday of the year, which is why a handful of local restaurants and bars will offer specials all night long. American Social Brickell will serve all local brews for $4; WunderBar garden with have $6 beer specials; Red the Steakhouse will offer beer and steak pairings; and expect other pairings at Stanton South Beach, Pisco y Nazca in Kendall, Makoto in Bal Harbour, and Michael Mina 74.
Uncle Tom's BBQ Hosts All-You-Can-Eat Charity Dinner
Eat as much as you want for $25, and receive a glass of beer or wine to wash it down. All proceeds from the evening's dinner will go to UTBBQ Cares 4 U, a charity that gives back to the community by providing free meals to the homeless and low-income families. Menu offerings include ribs, pulled pork sliders, brisket sliders, and mac 'n' cheese. Dinner begins at 7 p.m.

Mucho Gusto Farm-to-Taco at Garzon
Cantina La Veinte executive chef Santiago Gomez will host a taqueria night at Garzon to celebrate the launch of Cantina's newest member, Mucho Gusto, slated to open this September. From 8 to 10 p.m., guests will be teased with tastes and recipes from Mucho Gusto's menu. Tickets cost $25 per person and can be purchased online or at the door. The price includes unlimited tacos and a welcome cocktail. 
Cabo Flats Opening Party
Celebrate with Cabo Flats during its grand-opening party at its new Dolphin Mall location from 6 to 8 p.m. Expect complimentary food and drinks, along with $5 margaritas and mojitos and $3 domestic beers. RSVP at [email protected].
