Only five more days till the weekend is back, but plenty to do this week. Like buckets of beer hand picked by Gravity Brew Lab's Diego Ganoza paired with Jose Mendin's McBellly, learning to make the perfect mojito at TK's, and two dollar cocktails for the ladies at SuViche (sorry fellas).

Also happening: Winter Wonderlamb, which is exactly what it sounds like -- a winter lamb soiree.

What are you waiting for? Week starts now.

Monday

Gravity Brew Lab Beer Bucket at Pubbelly

Pubbelly is giving fans a new way to experience the gastropub's craft beer list and hearty menu through a series dubbed "Pubbelly Beer Bucket," where the Boys invite a curator of brews to pick five beers. For November, Gravity Brew Lab's Diego Ganoza has elected Founder Porter's, Nouva Mattina, Holy Gose, Self-Righteous and Maduro Brown to form his bucket, which costs $30. Chef Jose Mendin has recommended the following to pair perfectly with said brewskies: East and West coast oysters, his famed McBelly, pork belly ramen, short rib and corn dumplings, and arroz con pollo.

Tuesday

TK's Tasting Menu and Mixology Lesson

If you don't feel like cooking and want some schooling, Tk's at Villa Mayfair will take care of both thanks to a new chef tasting menu with a side of mojito mixology. Every Tuesday and Saturday at 7 p.m. a four-course dinner priced at $49 per person will kick off with a lesson in mojito making, courtesy of bar keep David Ungar. In addition to the mojito you'll be making, an additional mojito crafted by Ungar will accompany your choice between tuna tartare or beef carpaccio, roasted baby beet salad or baby spinach salad, spice rub bison sirloin or catch of the day, and vanilla mousse cheesecake or peanut butter mousse. Decisions decisions.

Wednesday

Eating With a Blindfold at Chef Adrianne's

Chef Adrianne Calvo likes to keep her diners in the dark --literally and figuratively. Her monthly themed Dark Dining does just that. Not only will you be blindfolded as you eat in a dimly lit restaurant reminiscent of wine country, but Calvo likes to play tricks on the palate too, using ingredients that can be confused for something similar. This month's theme? The Hamptons. We're not really sure what kind of food that is, but apparently you'll be able to "savor some of the Kennedy's favorites and learn why Jackie O was one of Julia Child's favorite fans." Dinner is paired with wine. Not sure yet of the cost. Starts at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday

Winter Wonderlamb at the Dutch

The Dutch's Conor Hanlon won the first annual spring fling Australian Lamb competition and was awarded a trip to Australia to get to know the continent's sustainable raising methods. So now he's called up some of his chef buddies and Australian lamb advocates for a one-night Winter Wonderlamb feast happening this Thursday at 7 p.m. Enjoy lambtastic dishes and learn about what sets the Aussie meat apart from Miami's official "lambasssador" Aaron Brooks (Edge Steak & Bar), Jacob Anaya (OTC), Josh Elliot (L'echon Brasserie), and Sean Brasel (Meat Market). The strolling dinner party happening in the Dutch's backyard is priced at $45 per person. Tickets can be purchased here.

Two Dollar Cocktails for Ladies at SuViche

A new ladies happy hour is launching at SuViche Wynwood this Thursday, and it includes $2 cocktails. The Hungry Post girls are behind the femme evening, which is being coined as "Cheers to the Lipstick." Ladies can enjoy two-dollar cocktails, bites, and beats by local DJs from 7 p.m. to close. The only requirement? You gotta wear orange lipstick. OK, you don't really have to, but it's the theme (#orangeisthenewred) to go along with SuViche's orange zest, so play along will ya?
