Iron Fork Returns July 30; Win VIP Tickets Now

Iron Fork is back! New Times, in partnership with the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, is once again kicking off Miami Spice season with Iron Fork, the ultimate evening of food, fun, and an epic chef battle.

It all goes down July 30 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Miami, where dozens of Miami's finest restaurants will offer their finest fare. Best of all? Many Miami Spice restaurants will be on hand, so you can plan your Miami Spice itinerary in one evening!

Of course, the highlight of the evening is our amazing chef battle, where two of our most talented toques will go head to head in a battle of skills, grit, and determination. Hosted by chef Allen Susser, each competitor will have to woo the celebrity judges to nab the Iron Fork title. Last year, Haven's Todd Erickson claimed victory over Edge Steak & Bar's Aaron Brooks. We'll announce this year's culinary gladiators shortly.

How amazing is Iron Fork, by the way? Last year's event was named one of the top 100 events in Miami by Biz Bash.

Early-bird tickets for Iron Fork go on sale Monday, June 1, through Sunday, June 14, with special pricing of $45 for general admission tickets and $75 for VIP tickets, which allow early access to the party at 6 p.m. and entrance to the exclusive VIP area. After that, ticket prices go up to $50 for general admission; $85 for VIP.
