A new the Fresh Market opened last Wednesday in the Sunset Harbour neighborhood of South Beach. Publix premiered a glossy new SoBe supermarket in the past year (to go with two in the area already), and the Whole Foods Market on Alton Road has a renovated exterior (replete with rooftop solar panels).
The good news is that hungry residents of this high-energy neighborhood now have access to just about any comestible they'd like. The less cheery outlook is that food prices have gone through the roof all over the country. Solution? Use the competition (and coupons!) to comparison shop.
