Michael Schwartz is hosting another popup at Harry's Pizzeria. The fourth dinner, in what is turning out to be a much-celebrated series in Miami, features Cleveland's Jonathon Sawyer taking over the restaurant for a one-night-only meal Wednesday, April 4.

Sawyer, Food & Wine Magazine's 2010 Best New Chef and owner of Noodlecat, Brick & Mortar, and Greenhouse Tavern, is obsessed with vinegar.

At any given time, you can find more than 300 gallons of various types of experiments fermenting in his home basement. Sawyer is bringing some of his favorite home vinegars to be featured on the menu -- and giving them away as amazing gifts!

The popup, named Greenhouse Pizzeria, will open at 7 p.m. with a welcome Negroni cocktail and hors d'oeuvres. Immediately following, guests will enjoy a four-course dinner with wine and beer. Tickets for the event are $129, which includes tax, gratuity, and a bottle of Tavern vinegar, and can be purchased here.

In our never-ending quest to give our readers free swag, Short Order has snagged a pair of tickets and is giving them away.

Just go to our Facebook page and tell us the strangest thing a family member (or you) ever made from scratch. Did Dad hang homemade gator jerky out on the clothesline to dry? Did mom pickle her own herring in the basement? Did Uncle Al make his own gin in the bathtub? The best story will be announced Friday, and the winner will receive a pair of tickets to Greenhouse Pizzeria.

In the meantime, check out the menu:

Updated: Congratulations to Ken De Loreto, who is forever traumatized by this heinous sight in his childhood fridge (Clarice, are the lambs still screaming?):

True story: I was 12-years

old, and I woke up one morning before school, and as I did each morning,

opened the fridge to get milk for my cereal. On the top shelf,

unwrapped on a plate, was a sheep's head, with tongue lolling to the

side. I screamed for my Mother, and she said, "Oh, Kenny, don't be a

baby." I said, "But, Mom, it's looking at me." (Pause) She said,

deadpan, "The eyes are the best part." End scene.
