If you're from the Northeast, you're probably familiar with Del's Frozen Lemonade. Del's began serving frozen lemonade in Rhode Island in 1948, but the recipe dates back to 1840 in Naples, Italy. Del's Frozen Lemonade was first served out of a cart in the little town of Cranston and quickly became a sensation. Del's grew all over the Northeast and is now available to cool you off at the Lemon Man truck.

Lemon Man owner Paul Huizenga learned about Del's when the company contacted him to rent one of his warehouses in Hialeah. He fell in love with the cool tart/sweet concoction and decided to sell it. He purchased a used step van (an old Broward Sheriff's Office paddy wagon), stripped it and cleaned it up, and designed it to meet FDA requirements.

Del's Lemonade is available at Lemon Man in classic lemon, watermelon, cherry, and peach-mango flavors and comes in eight-ounce ($3), 12-ounce ($4), and 16-ounce ($5) cups.
