Anthony Bourdain, author, chef, comic-book writer, and TV host is making a cartoon appearance tonight. Bourdain portrays celebrity chef Lance Casteau, owner of "Hellish Kitchen" on the FX animated show Archer.

In the episode, titled "Live and Let Dine," secret agents Archer, Lana, and Cyril go undercover in the nasty chef's kitchen, where a food fight of epic proportions goes down.

This is Bourdain's second cartoon cameo. Previously, he played himself on an episode of The Simpsons.

Bourdain has been having a big week. After spending the past weekend at
the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, where he hung out at the
Raleigh Hotel and drank PBR with Nigella Lawson, the author/celebrity
chef hosted a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) session in which he provided
the usual TMI:

What is something you never want to taste again?
Bourdain: Methadone.

What kind of person were you in your 20s? What were your goals, and
do you think you would have ever imagined you'd be where you are now?

I was a complete asshole. Selfish, larcenous, druggy, loud, stupid,
insensitive, and someone you would not want to have known. I would have
robbed your medicine cabinet had I been invited to your house.

(To which someone replied: "No, he said, 'What were you like in your 20s?'")

What would you say your best/worst experience was on drugs?

Combing the shag carpet for paint chips in the hope that they were fallen crack bits. Smoking them anyway.

Besides the stint on Archer and his SoBeWFF appearances, Bourdain is trying hard to sell ABC's The Taste. If you still haven't had enough Bourdain, his CNN show, Parts Unknown, premieres this spring.
