The Mexican craze continues to sweep Miami and Agave Loco Pepper-Cured Tequila is just what you need to go with that late night taco run.

Made from 100 percent agave, this reposado tequila from Jalisco, Mexico is infused with a blend of six peppers to give it just the right sweetness, flavor and heat. A reposado-style tequila is one that is rested and aged in wood barrels for anywhere from two to 11 months to give it a golden hue and more complex flavor. The folks at Agave Loco take this one step further by steeping their pepper blend in the tequila to extract the flavorful oils. The result is a smooth tequila with a kick.

We've been told that peppers have been known to treat circulatory problems, aches and pains. Not sure about that statement, but we can confirm that after knocking back a few of these for our recipe testing we felt no pain at all.

Chile Mango Margarita

1.5 oz. Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
1 mango, peeled and chopped (or 4 oz. mango puree)
1/2 cup ice

Add the mango (or mango puree) to a blender along with the ice and Tequila. Pulse for about a minute and pour into a margarita glass and garnish with either a mango slice or a lime.

Watermelon Margarita

1.5 oz. Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
2 cups fresh watermelon chunks
1/2 cup ice

Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse for about a minute. Salt the rim of the margarita glass and pour in the drink. Garnish with a lime.
