You, yes you Miami-Dade and City of Miami tax payer, paid for the majority of the cost for the Marlins' under construction stadium. So perhaps you'd like to check in on how the thing is coming along. Surprisingly the project seems to be coming along on schedule, and while we're still not sure whether or not it was needed, we can say at least it looks pretty.
Should the Marlins ever make it to the playoffs again, blimp cameras should be able to air some pretty stunning images of the actual city of Miami to a national audience. Let's hope the Marlins' get their team in line so the sights on the field will actually be more thrilling.
While American Airlines Arena's spot as prettiest stadium in the city is probably safe, we have to say the baseball park is shaping up to look pretty nice. Maybe we'll actually attend a game or two here.
