Update: Jackson Memorial Hospital says it has suspended Dr. Anjali Ramkissoon, whom numerous online commenters identified as the woman in the video. Jackson says it has launched an investigation into the video. "Anjali Ramkissoon, a fourth-year neurology resident employed by Jackson Health System, has been placed on administrative leave, effective immediately, and removed from all clinical duties," the hospital says in a statement. "Jackson has launched an internal investigation. The outcome of the investigation will determine if any disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including termination." Uber has also announced that it's suspended Ramkissoon's account.
A video going viral purports to show a woman trashing
It's unclear what happened before the video starts, but by the time Cinco starts filming with his cell phone, the woman can be seen physically confronting the driver just outside the yuppie nightlight enclave of Mary Brickell Village in Miami's affluent Brickell neighborhood. The woman grabs the driver's shirt while telling him to "press charges."
She then takes a
"You don't know who the fuck you're messing with right now," she says moments later.
The woman then attempts to knee the driver near the groin, but the driver pushes her off, sending the woman into a tumble. The videos
"Get the fuck in the car," she shouts as she pelts the driver with items.
Eventually, she gets out of the car, and the video ends there.
The Miami Police Department did not have
(Update 12:30 pm: An MPD spokesperson confirms police were called to the scene but says there's no further information because charges weren't filed. "There is no incident report by us. She wasn’t arrested so she’s not in the system," says Det. Frederica Burden. "The police responded to the location but it was a disturbance call. No report is generated for a disturbance call.")
Internet users believe they have identified the woman and have posted links to her since-deleted social media feeds, but New Times hasn't been able to confirm the woman's identity.
