Apparently there's a small but growing effort among Florida Tea Party members to recall their former hero Marco Rubio.

There's just one problem: You can't actually recall senators in Florida. So first they will try to get a law passed that would allow a recall election in the first place.

The news comes from the conservative National Review Online.

"They're done with him," KrisAnne Hall, a Florida-based radio host, says of her fellow Tea Party activists. "They're not voting for him and they're angry. They're angry because they feel they've been deceived."

Hall says she's working with other activists to get a state law passed that would allow Floridians to recall their senators. Yeah, good luck with getting Rubio's former colleagues in the Florida legislature to pass that law.

There's no indication that this specific effort reaches much beyond Hall and some of her associates, but it's not exactly news that Tea Partiers are angry at Rubio. They feel that the junior senator turned his back on their movement by supporting bipartisan immigration reform, and they haven't been afraid to let him know at recent rallies.
