Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) has a dream about Cuba:

"I can imagine American tourists, our young kids, playing their hip-hop and letting the world see what America stands for."

He was on CNN last night debating Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen in Campbell Brown's "The Great Debate" segment about the Cuban embargo.

Sometimes Ros-Lehtinen is called a one-issue wonder, but when you debate her on that issue, you better bring your A-game. Rangel talks about himself in the third person and confuses the spies caught this week in D.C. with the Cuban Five.

After the jump, Part 2.

These videos were uploaded by Ros-Lehtinen's office, and she should find someone who knows how to edit out commercials. Skip forward about three minutes on this video.
