Well, there's really no word for how disgusting and messed up this is. Robin Leigh Pagoria, a Sheriff's Deputy in Polk County, Florida, is accused of tying two young girls to a desk, spanking them with sex toys, and capturing it on video so her online boyfriend could watch. Ugh.

Pagoria, 45, is accused of stripping two girls between the ages of 10 and 18 naked and strapping them to a desk by tying their ankles down and handcuffing their arms. She then spanked them with a leather paddle. Pagoria also had an online boyfriend she found on SpankFinders.com, and recorded the sessions to share with him.

Pagoria worked in the housing unit in the Polk County jail. It is unclear how Pagoria knew the girls. She did not apparently meet them through her job, but she told them they were being punished for being disrespectful.

According to The Orlando Sentinel, she said she started out with simple spanking, but decided to add restraints when she said her corporal punishment wasn't improving the girls' behavior. She claimed she recorded the sessions to improve her technique.

Though Pagoria, a 22 year veteran of the Marines before becoming a deputy, also claimed she had a life long spanking fetish which lead to her meeting the online boyfriend. The man lives in another state, and is now also under investigation.

Pagoria has been charged with aggravated child abuse, production of child pornography, promotion of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
