In the crowded race to for the city commission seat being vacated by Joe Sanchez, perennial candidate Frank Carollo has amassed $95,275 in campaign . The guy's run before.

Vitals: A 39-year-old certified public accountant with a perfectly symmetrical pompadour.

Qualifications: Ran three times for the state House of Representatives -- and lost every time.

Influence Meter: Apparently, even though he is on an O-fer-election streak, Carollo knows how to impress some pretty important people in Miami-Dade. His campaign donors include County Mayor Carlos Alvarez, lobbyist Ron Book, and former County Commissioner Miguel Diaz de la Portilla.

Baggage: His older brother is Joe Carollo, aka Loco Joe, aka the worst mayor in Miami history. Do we really want that stiff upper lip lurking around City Hall again?
