There seemed to be something almost poetic about the rumors that Jason Taylor might return to the Dolphins. Well, maybe not poetic, but sort of like a happy ending to a romantic comedy or something. However, it seems that Bill Parcells and staff has stopped showing interest in a reunion, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

Meanwhile, the Boston Globe is reporting that our archrivals the Patriots are wooing Taylor full-on. You already know our feelings about that.

The other team in play seems to be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Being a secret Bucs fan, I couldn't complain too much, but it's not the Hollywood ending one would hope for.

If these are the only three teams in play, it's almost certain that Jason Taylor will make his return to Dolphin Stadium next season. Unfortunately, it might be with the opposing team.
