Is this the year the Miami Hurricanes finally make it to their first ACC championship game? The media seems to think so.

During the Atlantic Coast Conference's media kickoff day, the assembled sports reporters picked the Hurricanes to win the Coastal division in a poll.

Here are the results of the poll from HurricanesSports.com:

Oddly, though, no one actually expects the 'Canes to win the ACC. The poll found 95 voters picked Clemson to head to the Orange Bowl, followed by 15 for FSU and three each for Miami and Georgia Tech.

In fact, 55 predicted that Clemson would beat Miami in the ACC Championship game. Just two thought Miami would beat Clemson.

Miami's Duke Johnson also came in a distant second place in ACC Preseason Player of the Year with four votes to 105 for runaway favorite Tajh Boyd of Clemson.
