CNN is reporting that sagging pants are being outlawed in Atlanta, Trenton, and other cities where the powers that be are deciding that rear-end cleavage should only be exposed in public if and when one is fixing a sink. And one city is Louisiana is already charging coin slot exhibitionists with a $500 fine or six months in prison.
Had you asked me my opinion on this issue yesterday, I would have said that legislators should worry about more pressing issues. But after witnessing the very-ashy buttcrack of a homeless person strolling across the Macarthur Causeway this morning, I say, where do I sign? --Raina McLeod
