Big win for the Marlins last night--14 answered runs--team record 10 run 8th inning...blah, blah, blah. The real story is what we learned about Marlins team chemistry.

You know how it works, SportsFans. Every team needs a least couple "grinders" who provide the "glue" to stick the team together. You can have all the talent in the world, but if the guys aren't on the same page? Forget it. You may be able to hit and throw your way through the regular season, but come playoff time, you better know how to grind it out.

So how do we know the 09 Marlins are playoff-ready? Go check out this video of Brett Carroll's go-ahead three-run homer, and make sure you watch all the way to the end, when the camera shows Carroll entering the Marlins throng on the bench.

And just in case MLB.tv decides to take it down, we went ahead and made a "Jorge Cantu Shows You What Team Chemistry Is All About" flipbook via screen capture.

Pics after the jump, but make sure you throw on some Barry White first.
